The Westchester Club Homeowners Association is a not-for-profit corporation, incorporated under the laws of the state of Illinois, and established to maintain and administer the common areas and to enhance and protect the value, desirability, and attractiveness of Westchester Club.
The Homeowners Association (HOA) Board of Directors has 5 members, each elected by the owners for a 2-year term, on a staggered basis. The Board has the responsibility for the administration of the business of the association, according to our governing documents, and in close coordination with our professional Property Manager.
Board elections occur at the annual membership meeting in early December. In addition to the annual meeting, there are quarterly Board meetings, open to all owners. Notice of meetings is sent to owners via email, unless the owner has “opted-out” of email communication. Currently, all meetings are being held remotely, using Google Meet.
